Booking, Payments & Refunds Policy

Peak Integrative Health, LLC values transparency and efficiency in our appointment booking, payment, and refunds processes. Please review the following guidelines:

Booking Appointments:

All appointments with Peak Integrative Health, LLC must be booked through designated third-party online calendaring applications.

Payment Policy:
- Services are to be paid for at the time of booking the appointment.

Peak Integrative Health, LLC does not bill insurance companies.

Patients wishing to seek insurance reimbursement can do so by submitting manual claims. We will provide necessary documentation to support these claims upon request.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellation: Patients may cancel their appointment without charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made via the email confirmation link or by emailing: hello@peakhealth.care.

Refund: A full refund will only be issued for cancellations made prior to the 24-hour window.

No Refund: Refund requests for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be accepted.

Rescheduling Policy:
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling can only be done once per booking instance.
- Note: Rescheduling does not entitle the patient to a refund.
